Bar and wine bar Atelier Teufelsbäck
Our bar and wine bar Atelier Teufelsbäck surprises with exquisite wines, diverse cocktails as well as homemade treats for the small appetite. Original decorations by regional artists guarantee a unique ambience. Among others, Marion Mack and Marcus Trepesch have designed “Amirage” – a wall-filling glass mosaic.
In the cosy beer garden you can enjoy your drink or a small snack. Be sure to try the varied cocktails, some of which have been created especially for the bar and wine bar Atelier Teufelsbäck. You can make your loved ones happy with a voucher, which can be purchased with an individual amount.
The official opening was in July 2019. Numerous artists from Amberg took part. Among them were Gina Uber, Lilian Kovàcs, Marcus Trepesch, Marion Mack and Jörg Fischer. The mayor of Amberg also appeared and gave an opening speech. Since that time we have embellished the beer garden with new furniture, a chic glass covering and heating elements for cold days. In December 2019, the bar and wine bar Atelier Teufelsbäck was part of the Amberg Old Town Advent Calendar. On this occasion Stefan Stock presented his fully automatic painting machine. In February of the year 2020, the Schraml company inspired with an original whisky tasting.
In the summer of 2020, the first live concerts took place in the beer garden. Artists such as Ashonte Dolo Lee, Karin Rabhansl and Mackl & Friends were in attendance. After the bar had to close due to a pandemic in the fall of 2020, the “Little Devils” took over. This “To Go” – service convinced by the skill of the apprentices who learned in the Atelier Teufelsbäck. The trainees cooked and mixed the food and drinks, which could be ordered for the road.
The year 2021 then began with a highlight. The livestream “Amberg Schaut Laut” found many 1000 viewers. Well-known Amberg artists performed unforgettable musical classics in the Teufelsbäck studio.
From June 2021, exciting music and comedy events will once again take place under the label “Teufelsbäck LIVE in the beer garden”.
