A late arrival is any arrival after 6 pm. Please inform us of this by telephone on 09621/4970 or already at the time of booking. Normally your room is ready for occupancy from 2 pm.

Our reception closes at 10.30 p.m., after which the telephone on-call service is available for your late arrival. Please note that the colleagues are stationed decentrally, which is why there may be short waiting times. You can reach them by ringing the night bell at the entrance of the hotel. You can use the intercom to voice your concerns.

By the way, our bar – bistro – wine bar “Atelier Teufelsbäck” is normally open until 0:00. So you can bridge smaller waiting times comfortably.
