Luggage storage on arrival and departure day
On the day of arrival and departure there is the possibility to store luggage at the reception. You can also use the paid parking space in our underground car park for longer or sooner.
Paperless check-in – how does it work?
A paperless checkin retrieves the data of a booking. Subsequently, missing information must be added to the tablet. This can be done by touch - pen or with the finger. The requested data refers to the Bavarian Federal Registration Act.

We keep forgotten things for up to six months. Please contact us by telephone or e-mail so that we can clarify the situation.
When is the Hotel Brunner Amberg open?
Our opening hours are during the week from 6.30 bis 22.30 Uhr and on weekends from 7.30 bis 22.30 Uhr.
